Full Stack Developer – Build Internal Tools & AI Workflows

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Full‑Stack Developer to create internal tools, automations, and integrations that accelerate our e‑commerce operations. You will work directly with leadership and cross‑functional teams, turning business problems into reliable, production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications and internal tools used across the company.
• Automate repetitive processes and develop AI‑powered workflows.
• Create integrations between e‑commerce, marketing, analytics, and operational platforms.
• Improve reliability, performance, and security of existing systems.
• Own the full product lifecycle: from problem definition, design, development, deployment, to monitoring and documentation.
• Develop backend services, APIs, data models, and intuitive frontend interfaces.
• Handle authentication, permissions, file management, and real‑time product experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and independent delivery mindset.
• English level B2 or higher; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with e‑commerce or fulfillment projects is valuable.
• Practical, proactive, and execution‑focused attitude.
