Full Stack Engineer – AI Platforms for Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to develop production‑ready AI platforms that power intelligent underwriting for a fast‑growing fintech company. The role blends AI innovation with robust software engineering, allowing you to design, build, and deploy machine‑learning‑driven features that improve financial decision‑making at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented Python and JavaScript/TypeScript code.
• Design scalable system components, including AI/ML pipelines and micro‑services.
• Build, train, and deploy machine‑learning models for production environments.
• Integrate AI‑enabled features into live applications using React/TSX.
• Debug, test, and optimise applications for performance, reliability and security.
• Collaborate with product, QA and design teams in a remote, asynchronous setting.
• Maintain and improve existing architecture and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React/TSX, AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑directed, accountable and comfortable working independently.
