Full Stack Growth Marketer (Paid Ads & Creative Strategy)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing D2C health and wellness brand looking for a Full‑Stack Growth Marketer to own our paid acquisition ecosystem. This remote, full‑time position combines media buying, data analysis, and hands‑on creative editing to drive scalable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, managing budgets, bids and audience targeting to meet ROAS and CAC goals.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of hooks, angles, copy and landing pages to sustain growth.
• Analyse performance data to define winning creative concepts and edit raw footage into high‑converting direct‑response ads using Adobe Premiere, CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
• Write briefs for new content based on identified creative gaps.
• Track core metrics daily, generate weekly attribution reports and present insights to the Founder/CEO.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid social experience scaling D2C brands, preferably in health, wellness or supplements.
• Demonstrated ability to blend analytical rigour with creative execution.
• Portfolio showcasing edited ad creatives together with performance results.
• Self‑starter who proactively identifies creative opportunities from data without agency direction.

Required skills

• Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads campaign management.
• Adobe Premiere, CapCut or Final Cut Pro for direct‑response video editing.
• A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
• Data tracking, attribution and performance reporting.
