Full-Stack Product Engineer — Automation

About the role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack product engineer to partner directly with business, accounting, and operations experts. You will translate operational challenges into production‑ready software, focusing on automation across accounting, restaurant, and practice‑management workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, accounting, and operations teams to understand problems and define practical solutions.
• Build full‑stack product features and automations covering frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Convert loosely defined business needs into clear, testable, production‑ready implementations.
• Identify reusable patterns and turn one‑off automations into scalable product capabilities.
• Integrate with external systems such as accounting, payroll, POS, and other business platforms.
• Design for real‑world production conditions, handling incomplete data, failure states, permissions, retries, observability, and supportability.
• Own testing, deployment, validation, and post‑release follow‑through.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to increase engineering velocity while maintaining quality.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions across the broader product.
• Collaborate with engineers across the US, Latin America, and India.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience building production full‑stack applications.
• Solid backend engineering skills with comfort working across the frontend when needed.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and integrating external systems.
• Strong SQL and relational‑data fundamentals.
• Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and incomplete requirements.
• Product judgment focused on solving user problems, not just ticket completion.
• Comfortable communicating directly with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Independent problem investigation with reasonable decision‑making.
• Strong debugging and production problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Fluency with AI‑assisted software development workflows.
