Full-Stack Software Engineer (E-commerce)

About the role

This is a full-stack position focused on building and evolving e-commerce admin business modules such as coupons, campaigns, carousels, categories, tags, customers, retailers and Dynamic Home. The role covers end-to-end development, testing, releases and infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on TypeScript, Node.js and React.

Key responsibilities

• Build features end to end: backend with Node/TypeScript/Express and the consuming React/TypeScript screens
• Develop and evolve e-commerce admin modules (coupons, campaigns, carousels, categories, tags, customers, retailers, Dynamic Home)
• Integrate services with RTK Query against internal microservices
• Maintain mass-update and reporting flows: file uploads, templates, S3 downloads and cron jobs
• Apply module- and action-level permissions, multi-tenant/multi-brand logic and feature flags (Statsig)
• Write tests for every new behavior (Jest, Testing Library, MSW on the frontend; Jest and supertest on the backend)
• Incrementally migrate legacy code: API v1 to v2 and MVC to DDD in Wanda
• Take part in releases and operations: GitHub Actions, semantic-release, CodeBuild/S3/CloudFront, Docker/ECS and Terraform
• Maintain quality and observability: ESLint, Sonar, Sentry and internationalization in 6 languages

Required profile

• Experience with React 18, TypeScript and Redux Toolkit/RTK Query in a large, domain-module-organized application
• Adaptability in a startup environment, problem-solving resilience and collaborative ownership
• Frontend craftsmanship; React, TypeScript and Redux experience is a strong plus
• Emerging technical leadership: technical judgment, initiative and willingness to share knowledge

Required skills

• Micro-frontends with Single-SPA and SystemJS, dual Vite (dev) and Webpack (prod) builds
• Node.js with Express as an API gateway over microservices, PostgreSQL and parameterized SQL
• Clean architecture/DDD, JWT/JWKS authentication and authorization
• AWS (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, ECS, ECR, CodeBuild), Docker and Terraform
• CI/CD and release engineering: GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, conventional commits, semantic-release
• Feature flags with Statsig, Sentry tracing and error boundaries, Ant Design, react-hook-form and zod
