Full-Time Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Executive

About the role

Ad Wizard builds AI marketing tools and runs a paid media agency for Padel clubs and private dental practices in the UK. It is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Executive to work directly with its Account Director, working remotely from South America (GMT-3 to GMT-5) with a mandatory daily overlap during UK business hours and a daily morning huddle. The commitment is 40 hours per week, about 8 hours a day, under a 3-month contractor trial period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns: upload and structure approved campaigns, verify UTM parameters and conversion events, and monitor daily spend pacing across dental client accounts.
• Create brand identity, brand voice and customer persona documentation in Google Docs, build client landing pages from proven templates, design static ads in Canva Business and resize video assets in Submagic.
• Post daily start and end-of-shift updates in the workflow channel and keep the master task tracker; use Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive/My Business for admin tasks.
• Work toward improving dental lead generation efficiency by lowering cost per lead and speeding up campaign launches, and deploy five high-converting landing page funnels per quarter.

• Fast, detail-obsessed and able to focus 100% on digital work.
• Remote worker based in South America with a reliable modern computer and stable wired/fibre internet.
