Full-Time Paralegal – Medellín (On-site)

About the role
This full-time, on-site position is based in Medellín and works closely with a U.S. legal team. You will support high-profile litigation cases, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and proofread legal documents and pleadings.
- Maintain and organize case files and evidence.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Coordinate litigation support tasks, including scheduling and document production.
- Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with day-to-day case management.
Required profile
- Licensed attorney in Colombia.
- English proficiency at C2 level (oral and written).
- Academic record with GPA 4.0 or higher.
- Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Paralegal or legal-assistant experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with case-management software.
