Full‑Time Paralegal – Medellín (On‑site)

About the role

Join a U.S.-based law firm’s Administrative Resource Center in Medellín as a full‑time, on‑site Paralegal. You will work directly with an experienced U.S. legal team, supporting high‑profile litigation cases and gaining practical exposure to U.S. law practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and senior paralegals in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Conduct legal research and gather supporting evidence for litigation.
• Coordinate litigation support tasks, including scheduling, filing, and communication with external parties.
• Utilize case management software to track case progress and deadlines.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in Colombia.
• English proficiency at C2 level (both oral and written).
• Academic record with a GPA of 4.0 or higher.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with case management software (any commercial platform).
