About the role
This internship supports customers by researching and responding to billing inquiries for domestic and international shipments. You will handle account analysis, credit control, and ensure accurate invoicing.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate inquiries to customers regarding monies owed for shipments.
- Perform account analysis and credit control activities.
- Edit billing information, update invoicing, and attach supporting documentation.
- Create and process manual billing entries.
- Maintain customer account details in various billing systems.
Required profile
- Prior billing experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative studies or related field.
- Intermediate level of English.
