Acerca del puesto

Open Group busca profesionales de TI con experiencia en redes e infraestructura tecnológica para fortalecer su equipo de soporte especializado. El puesto es de Gestor TI N2/N3 – Redes y Networking, con modalidad híbrida en Bogotá.

Responsabilidades principales

Atender y resolver incidentes de red de nivel N2 y N3.
Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de routing, switching y conectividad LAN/WAN.
Participar en la gestión y mantenimiento de switches, routers y access points.
Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar la continuidad de los servicios.

Perfil requerido

Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o carreras afines.
Tarjeta profesional.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de Networking, Redes o Infraestructura.
Experiencia práctica con switches, routers, Access Point y redes LAN/WAN.
Conocimientos en Routing, Switching, VLAN, STP, Trunk, LACP, TCP/IP y troubleshooting.
