Gift Card Operations Analyst

About the role

The Gift Card Operations Analyst will own the day‑to‑day operational execution of Inspire Brands' gift‑card program across both B2B and B2C channels. This role ensures smooth order processing, issue resolution, reporting, inventory planning and continuous process improvement to enhance the guest and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage B2B and B2C gift‑card inboxes, handle application reviews, order inquiries and urgent escalations.
• Investigate and resolve payment, shipping, fulfillment, activation and inventory issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of performance dashboards, KPI analytics and automated reporting tools.
• Forecast inventory needs for promotional periods and coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure readiness.
• Create and improve SOPs, identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, Communications or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, vendor management or similar environments.
