About the role

This position supports the Accounts Payable function within UPS Global Business Services, handling all aspects of payments and acting as a liaison to resolve issues. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, UPS specifications, and government regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute daily payment reports.
  • Maintain databases and prepare controls and audits.
  • Oversee teams to ensure procedures are followed and contracts are administered.
  • Research and resolve payment errors by contacting requestors and suppliers.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferred).
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Ability to analyze problems and resolve them with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of Oracle.
  • Experience with General Ledger systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
