Global Consolidation Lead

About the role

Decowraps, a global leader in packaging solutions for the floral and potted plant industries, is looking for a Global Consolidation Lead to join its global finance organization. The role strengthens financial reporting and consolidation processes worldwide, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and annual financial consolidation across multiple international entities and prepare consolidated financial statements for the U.S. Holding.
• Manage and improve the corporate chart of accounts to ensure consistency across the Group.
• Develop technical accounting memorandums for complex transactions such as revenue recognition, business combinations and intellectual property matters.
• Maintain and update global accounting policies aligned with international reporting standards.
• Partner with internal and external auditors and coordinate with outsourced accounting providers worldwide.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of financial consolidation technology integrated with SAP, Infor and other systems.
• Drive standardization, governance and best practices across the global finance organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience leading financial consolidation processes and preparing consolidated financial statements for multinational organizations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
