Global Events Finance Manager – Remote

About the role

Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Global Events Finance Manager to act as the fiscal engine for its international events portfolio. Working fully remote, you will own the complete financial lifecycle of each event, from initial vendor quotation through final payment and annual budget reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial lifecycle of global events, ensuring accurate budgeting, tracking, and settlement.
• Consolidate vendor quotations and negotiate terms.
• Elaborate event budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain real‑time financial tracking.
• Process final payments to vendors and service providers.
• Perform yearly budget reconciliation for the events department.
• Ensure compliance with Tether’s financial policies and reporting standards.

• Experience coordinating financial activities across multiple time zones.
