About the role
We are seeking a precision‑driven Global Events Financial Controller to act as the fiscal engine for our Global Events department, overseeing the full financial lifecycle of international events from vendor quotation to final payment and annual budget reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate vendor quotations and manage contract signature processes.
- Develop, track, and report budgets, providing real‑time financial clarity to the Events team.
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and post‑event financial reporting.
- Perform multi‑currency and multi‑company reconciliations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in the events, travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong English communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
