Global I2C Director – Invoice to Cash

About the role

The Global I2C Director will lead the Invoice to Cash (I2C) function for Johnson & Johnson worldwide, establishing a new global team, shaping culture, and driving process standardisation across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global I2C strategy, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements.
• Lead service delivery commitments, maintain customer satisfaction, and manage relationships with Global Services leadership.
• Oversee acquisitions, divestitures, reorganisations and third‑party BPO providers.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owner and regional service delivery leads to continuously improve processes and policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, change management and efficiency across the global I2C operation.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA, CPA, CMA or similar certifications preferred.
• At least 15 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a shared‑service centre or BPO environment.
• Proven experience managing a global I2C function for a large multinational.
• Strong leadership in matrixed, ambiguous environments and ability to mentor high‑performing teams.
