Global Invoice to Cash Director

About the role

The Global Invoice to Cash Director will lead the strategy, accuracy and timeliness of Invoice to Cash processes for Johnson & Johnson companies worldwide. This senior position will build a new global team, drive standardisation, and ensure compliance across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Invoice to Cash vision, fostering a customer‑focused culture.
• Ensure service delivery commitments, customer satisfaction and compliance with statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements.
• Lead acquisitions, divestitures, reorganisations and integration projects, including oversight of third‑party BPO providers.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owner, regional service delivery leads and other stakeholders to continuously improve processes and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA, CPA, CMA or similar certifications preferred.
• At least 15 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a shared‑service or BPO environment for a multinational corporation.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex global finance functions and manage change while maintaining day‑to‑day operations.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in global Invoice to Cash processes and financial systems, especially SAP.
• Experience managing BPO relationships and large‑scale finance transformation projects.
