Global LMS Administrator

About the role

Inchcape Digital, part of Inchcape's global network, is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Global LMS Administrator to support its global learning ecosystem. The role covers managing LMS operations, providing user support, maintaining data accuracy and helping create a seamless learning experience for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for LMS users, including access, enrollment, completion records and system navigation
• Maintain user profiles, learning assignments, course records and LMS data accuracy
• Upload, test, publish and manage learning content and resources
• Produce LMS reports and dashboards on participation, compliance and learning activity
• Support learning teams and LMS administrators globally through guidance and training materials
• Assist with system testing, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor support requests and ensure an excellent user experience

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer support, HR, Learning & Development, shared services or systems support
• Fluent English; Spanish and LMS experience are advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management, and a customer-focused approach

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems methodically
