Global MT SC ERP Quality Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global MT SC ERP Quality Manager to support the MedTech Supply Chain (SC) Digital Transformation initiative. The role will ensure that the SAP S/4HANA ERP platform and related governance structures meet the evolving needs of business functions across North America and EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the MT SC ERP Business Platform, focusing on SAP S/4HANA.
• Establish and maintain regional and functional support structures, processes, and governance.
• Act as the primary Operate State point of contact for supported business functions in NA and EMEA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to harmonize ERP processes and standards.
• Monitor and improve quality metrics for ERP operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within supply chain or ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Data).
• Experience working with multinational teams across NA and EMEA.
