Global Payroll Product Manager

About the role

The DS Manager, Global Payroll Product leads the strategy, standardisation and technology enablement for payroll and time‑and‑attendance solutions across the organisation. This role acts as the business product owner, collaborating with Payroll, HR, IT, compliance and vendor teams to deliver compliant, scalable payroll platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap, covering ServiceNow, Genesys, Veeva and core payroll platforms.
• Lead separation and transformation initiatives from concept through go‑live, hyper‑care and steady state, ensuring business continuity.
• Design data migration, integration and reconciliation processes for payroll and time‑and‑attendance products.
• Govern payroll processes to meet statutory, SOX, audit, privacy and data‑protection requirements.
• Facilitate governance forums, workshops and cross‑functional alignment with regional and vendor stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll, time‑and‑attendance operations or related transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading global payroll implementations, divestitures or large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with payroll/workforce platforms such as SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, Workday, Kronos, Workforce Manager, ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Data migration, integration, testing and reconciliation expertise.
• Knowledge of statutory, SOX and audit compliance for payroll processes.
• Six Sigma, LEAN or Process Excellence training or certification (preferred).
