Global Payroll Product Manager

About the role

The DS Manager, Global Payroll Product leads the strategy, standardisation and technology enablement for payroll and time‑and‑attendance solutions across the organisation. The role acts as the business product owner, working with Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, vendors and regional teams to deliver compliant, scalable payroll platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap, covering ServiceNow, Genesys, Veeva, payroll platforms and integrations.
• Lead global payroll separation and transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, go‑live, hypercare and steady state.
• Develop transition plans for process design, parallel payroll, data validation, testing, training and communications.
• Define data migration, integration, reconciliation and lifecycle management practices for Payroll and Time & Attendance products.
• Ensure payroll processes meet statutory, SOX, audit, privacy and data‑protection requirements.
• Lead global, regional and vendor stakeholders through governance forums, workshops, issue resolution and cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll, time‑and‑attendance, payroll operations or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading global payroll implementations, divestitures, acquisitions or large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead workshops, manage priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced global environment.
• Ability to work across NA, EMEA, LATAM and ASPAC time zones; up to 25% travel.
