Global Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Global Performance Marketing Manager – B2B will lead paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn to drive lead generation for Docplanner’s healthcare platforms. You will manage a multi‑million‑euro budget, work hands‑on with campaigns, and mentor a distributed team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid advertising strategy and execution for lead generation across all major channels.
• Ensure high‑volume, high‑quality leads while meeting CPA and budget targets.
• Provide data‑driven guidance to creative teams and run structured creative tests.
• Develop and mentor paid‑marketing specialists in multiple markets.
• Implement AI‑powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
• Forecast, set, and monitor channel budgets in collaboration with local marketers.
• Analyse campaign performance with marketing operations and analytics teams and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of hands‑on paid‑media management, preferably in international high‑growth or agency settings.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue‑impacting paid‑marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills linking campaign, funnel and business metrics.
• Experience using AI to generate testing hypotheses and uncover growth opportunities.
• Excellent business English; additional language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish) a plus.
