Global Value & Access Senior Manager – LATAM

About the role

The Global Value & Access Senior Manager will act as a strategic partner for Amgen’s LATAM affiliates and distributor markets, shaping health technology assessment and reimbursement strategies to ensure optimal patient access and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain collaborative relationships with global, regional and local teams to align pricing, access and evidence strategies.
• Support affiliates in planning and building access and pricing strategies for in‑line and launch brands, ensuring launch excellence.
• Lead dossier governance, reviewing access strategy, data submissions and executive summaries for alignment with global strategy.
• Provide strategic input for payer negotiations, pricing governance, and innovative pricing schemes across the region.
• Assess risks related to International Reference Pricing, cross‑border implications and financial/P&L impact of pricing scenarios.
• Monitor access status of Amgen brands and competitors, updating Global Operational Pricing systems.

Required profile

• Doctorate with 4 years, Master’s with 6 years, or Bachelor’s with 8 years of market access, HEOR or marketing experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• In‑depth knowledge of payer and government landscape, HTA processes and reimbursement mechanisms in LATAM.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including P&L management.
