Graduate Risk Consulting Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for a recent graduate to join its Risk Consulting team in Bogotá. The role combines formal training with hands‑on project work, supported by a mentor and a buddy, to develop expertise in business continuity, crisis management and organizational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Support risk management consulting projects covering business continuity assessments, crisis response planning and technology recovery.
• Lead meetings with cross‑functional teams such as Financial Planning to gather requirements and align solutions.
• Assist senior consultants in developing strategic plans, forecasts and follow‑up activities.
• Prepare diagnostics, training sessions and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Leverage AI tools to propose innovative and faster solutions for clients.

Required profile

• New graduate (≤ 4 years since graduation) with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration or a related field.
• Internship or up to 4 years of experience in risk consulting is preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI (artificial intelligence) tools.
