Graphic Designer – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote

About the role

Higher Options is seeking a bilingual Graphic Designer to join its in‑house marketing team supporting a portfolio of hospitality brands. The role is fully remote, focused on creating visual assets that communicate brand stories across digital and print channels while collaborating closely with the Creative Marketing Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials such as social media posts, newsletters, menus, and presentation decks.
• Translate marketing concepts into effective visual solutions using Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Create and manage branded email newsletters in Flodesk.
• Update and refine Squarespace websites and build reusable design templates.
• Assemble visual reference boards on Pinterest to guide creative direction.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense aligned with audience, platform and message.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Well‑organized, able to prioritize tasks and accept feedback.
• Clear communicator and team‑oriented.
