Graphic Designer II

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a creative thinker with a passion for design to join its global Art Department. As a Graphic Designer II you will transform creative briefs into compelling visual experiences across print, digital, and experiential marketing. You will help shape impactful designs for events, trade shows, and branded environments that elevate the Gallagher brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling designs for print, digital, and experiential marketing materials.
• Create trade show booths, environmental graphics, signage, and branding systems.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for large‑format applications, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and team members to align solutions with brand standards.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of design principles such as composition, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience creating large‑format graphics, event branding systems, and trade‑show displays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple projects and strict deadlines.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field, with 5+ years of agency or in‑house experience focused on experiential marketing.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
