Graphic Designer – Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. You will lead the creation of digital visual assets, ensuring high‑quality design that meets client expectations and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, managing timelines and client approvals.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, web development and content teams to develop design strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Create digital marketing collateral such as social media graphics, website assets, banners, email newsletters, infographics and other promotional materials.
• Set and maintain design standards, ensuring consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and techniques, fostering innovation within the team.
• Act as liaison between the design team, clients and internal stakeholders, communicating concepts and gathering feedback.
• Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, allocate resources efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production and ensure quality output.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience in a design team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital design projects.
