Graphic Designer – Packaging, Labeling & Print

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will lead creative standards for consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical packaging. You will create and maintain packaging artwork, labels, and promotional materials while ensuring regulatory compliance and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and revise Individual Folding Cartons (IFCs), labels, and packaging artwork.
• Create promotional assets, sell sheets, and marketing collateral for sales and marketing teams.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for internal and external audiences.
• Manage high‑priority projects from concept through delivery, coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support digital, website, and video design with layouts, graphics, and visual assets.
• Perform photography, photo retouching, and multimedia tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in packaging, labeling, or print production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and packaging design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Mac OS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with Agile project‑management or workflow systems.
