Graphic Designer - Social Media Ads

About the role

An agency is looking for a fast, reliable graphic designer to produce high-quality static advertising creative for e-commerce brands at volume. This is an execution-focused role: media buyers provide creative briefs, strategic direction, examples and concepts, and the designer turns them into polished ads quickly, accurately and consistently. The work covers consumer brands in CPG (beauty, personal care, food, beverages, household products) and apparel, and requires both strong design and speed. Engagement is ongoing, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week and required time-zone overlap with Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ads for social media advertising (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) and e-commerce campaigns.
• Turn creative briefs into polished, conversion-focused ad creative.
• Create multiple variations of proven ad concepts for testing.
• Adapt designs across products, offers, formats and visual styles.
• Work across several client brands while keeping brand consistency.
• Make quick revisions based on feedback from media buyers.
• Produce a high volume of finished creative without sacrificing quality.
• Organize files and deliver work reliably and on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Experience creating static ads for social media, e-commerce or direct-response advertising aimed at driving purchases or leads.
• A portfolio of advertising creative, not just branding, websites or logos.
• Ability to follow detailed briefs accurately, communicate well and respond quickly to feedback.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment; experience with consumer products is preferred.
