Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach those brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and paying customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, giving you ownership over growth experiments and the freedom to work across any channel that drives results.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages, continuously optimizing each step.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and tell a clear story about what works and why.
