Growth Marketing Manager (BPO) - Remote

About the role

Hire Hangar is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. This is a full-time, remote role in the EST time zone. The candidate must have direct experience marketing a BPO's own services, not its clients' campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the marketing strategy for the BPO's brand, services and growth goals
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display and YouTube)
• Set up audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audiences to reach decision-makers and generate quality leads
• Create and A/B test ad copy, creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Manage ad budgets and bidding, optimise campaigns to lower cost per lead and improve ROAS
• Set up conversion tracking with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
• Oversee content, brand messaging and positioning across digital channels, and manage social media, website content and email marketing
• Work with sales and leadership to align marketing with business development goals, and track and report KPIs, campaign performance and ROI
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies or freelancers as needed

Required profile

• Direct experience as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience managing ads and/or marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing setting
• Strong written and spoken English with a professional, business-facing style
• Ability to handle several campaigns at once with strong attention to detail
• Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools; ideally US or UK clients
• Applications without remote experience will not be considered

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation (preferred)
• CRM and marketing automation tools (preferred)
• Remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom and Google Workspace
