Growth Marketing Manager – HubSpot (Remote)

About the role

Logical Media Group is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead B2B digital initiatives for its clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing omni‑channel marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional account teams to launch high‑impact campaigns from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop and implement cross‑channel programs aligned with client KPIs and key moments in the customer journey.
• Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and performance.
• Oversee creation of emails, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.
• Build custom multi‑channel reports, define success metrics, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Maintain data hygiene and manage integrations between marketing and sales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
• Participate in campaign planning, budgeting, scheduling, and copy development as needed.
• Identify target segments, design loyalty programs, and mitigate risks related to CRM changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B growth marketing and client‑facing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable programs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across sales, marketing, and account teams.
