Growth Workflow Specialist, Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Workflow Specialist focused on organic growth to automate and scale our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) engine. You will work closely with the organic growth strategy lead to turn strategic recommendations into fast, repeatable workflows that power content creation, deployment and visibility monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain an end‑to‑end automation pipeline that ingests keyword and visibility signals, generates content briefs and pushes content to the CMS.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor LLM visibility across priority topics and set up automated alerts and response actions when rankings shift.
• Automate content brief generation by pulling competitive gaps, search signals and AEO data into structured briefs for AI‑driven content creation.
• Quality‑assure AI‑generated outputs to ensure brand alignment, accuracy and compliance with SEO/AEO best practices before publication.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs, content rules and market‑specific requirements for the organic growth agents.
• Extend automation concepts to other growth levers such as CRO content, onboarding copy and localized content workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of emerging AEO practices.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into technical specifications and automated processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring search and LLM visibility metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to QA content at scale.
