GS Jr Finance Analyst

About the role

The GS Jr Finance Analyst supports end‑to‑end General Ledger processes across the Americas, executing core accounting activities and contributing to accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support general accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year‑end close activities.
• Summarize and analyze balance‑sheet and income‑statement data.
• Contribute to preparation and review of financial statements and corporate reports.
• Support forecasting, variance analysis and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum two years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience handling sensitive financial information.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• English language proficiency.
