GTM Engineer

About the role

Provena AI is a fractional go‑to‑market team helping B2B software companies reach niche markets. As a GTM Engineer you will design and execute cold‑email and LinkedIn campaigns that generate meetings for clients, while serving as their trusted weekly point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Transform onboarding calls and client materials into ideal customer profiles, angles, and initial sequences.
• Write cold‑email sequences, test new angles, and iterate based on performance.
• Build targeted lead lists using real signals (hiring, funding, leadership changes, tech stack) via Apify and APIs in Claude Code.
• Verify and segment leads before outreach.
• Launch and manage campaigns in PlusVibe, coordinating LinkedIn alongside email.
• Read every reply, identify what works, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Provide clear weekly client updates, honest answers, and maintain trust even when results dip.
• Execute existing SOPs to a high standard.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑email copy that booked meetings, with measurable results.
• End‑to‑end campaign experience: offer definition, list building, copy, launch, and iteration.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, Apify, and APIs.
• Familiarity with PlusVibe, Smartlead, Instantly or EmailBison and strong deliverability knowledge.
• Clear, confident written English suitable for client CEOs.
• Ability to spot problems and fix them proactively.
