Guest Relations & Bookings Manager (Remote)

About the role

A growing hospitality group managing boutique hotels, Bed & Breakfasts and short-term rental apartments is looking for an experienced Guest Relations & Bookings Manager. The role covers guest communications, reservations and operational coordination across several properties and booking platforms, and is fully remote with UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests before, during and after their stay, handling requests, complaints and after-hours support
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, local hosts and on-site staff to resolve guest issues
• Monitor and respond to reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Reviews and other platforms
• Manage reservations, calendars and rates with Guesty and Uplisting, and oversee listings and inventory across OTAs and direct channels
• Process cancellations, amendments, no-shows and rebooking requests, prevent overbookings and handle OTA disputes and chargebacks
• Support pricing and occupancy management, and ensure smooth check-ins, turnovers and daily operations
• Maintain guest records and reports, improve SOPs and automate guest messaging

Required profile

• 2+ years in hospitality, guest relations or booking management
• Proven experience with both hotels/B&Bs and short-term rentals
• Excellent written and spoken English, highly organised and able to work independently
• Comfortable working fully remote within UK business hours
• Background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels or premium guest services

Required skills

• Advanced hands-on experience with Guesty and Uplisting
• Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia Group
• Experience with OTA disputes, cancellations and guest resolution
• Hotel channel managers such as SiteMinder, and dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing
• Hospitality automation tools and workflow optimisation
