Head of Business Development – Sportsbook, LATAM

About the role

Genius Sports is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive new revenue opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America. The role combines high‑impact deal making with the chance to shape a growing team and represent the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects, understand their challenges and match Genius Sports’ solutions to create value.
• Close six‑ and seven‑figure deals and consistently hit ambitious revenue targets.
• Represent Genius Sports at conferences, meetings and industry events throughout Latin America.
• Initially act as an individual contributor and later build and lead a business‑development team.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B consultative sales with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in the betting industry or selling to betting clients in LATAM, with a robust network.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to close six‑figure (or higher) deals on a regular basis.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the betting ecosystem and related product offerings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence engaging C‑suite executives.
