Head of Digital Growth & AI Search – U.S. Market

About the role

Unicorn Moving & Storage, an award-winning moving company based in Austin, Texas, is expanding its digital growth across three U.S. brands (Unicorn Moving & Storage, Bluepoint Moving & Logistics and Unicorn Property Services). It is looking for a hands-on digital marketing expert to own digital growth across all three brands, working directly with company leadership with significant autonomy. The role is based in Colombia (Bogotá preferred, remote considered), with Bogotá office space available, and requires fluent professional English (C1+).

Key responsibilities

• SEO, local SEO and Google Maps: lead technical SEO, organic and local search, optimize Google Business Profiles, keywords, content, backlinks, structured data and competitor analysis.
• AI Search and Answer Engine Optimization: improve visibility in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging AI platforms, and adopt modern AI tools and automation.
• PPC and paid acquisition: build and run Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta Ads and remarketing, owning budgets, bidding, targeting, landing pages and conversion tracking.
• Website management and conversion optimization: oversee the performance of three company websites, manage technical improvements, content and conversion optimization.
• Social media and content: run organic and paid social strategies and create content that builds brand authority and generates leads, using AI tools to streamline production.
• Analytics, reporting and growth strategy: manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, call tracking and CRM attribution, track from first click to booked revenue, build dashboards showing marketing ROI and test new strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Fluent professional English (C1 or higher) and demonstrated success marketing to U.S. customers.
• Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, local search, paid social and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets and improving measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and execute marketing initiatives personally.
• Highly preferred: experience at a digital marketing agency serving U.S. clients, scaling a business to millions in annual revenue, and experience with home services, moving, logistics or local lead-generation businesses.
