Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to act as a “Marketing Architect” for our Web3 product, Partyhat. The role is fully remote and requires 24/7 availability to drive rapid user acquisition, retention and brand momentum across the digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a growth‑focused marketing strategy that delivers aggressive user acquisition and high‑velocity retention loops.
• Lead content and partnership teams to keep Partyhat at the centre of cultural conversations.
• Leverage data analytics and proprietary tools to dominate algorithms on platforms such as X, Discord and Telegram.
• Allocate and optimise the marketing budget with real‑time ROI analysis.
• Maintain visual and narrative brand consistency, balancing a “premium but degen” aesthetic.
• Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Community, aligning marketing initiatives with the technical roadmap.

Required profile

• Battle‑tested leader with experience managing diverse teams of designers, growth hackers and community managers.
• Strong market intuition and the ability to read “vibe shifts” and pivot strategies within minutes.
• Willingness to be on‑call seven days a week to respond to viral moments and global launches.
• Data‑driven decision maker who relies on metrics and predictive modelling.
• Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, tokenised incentives and decentralized community dynamics.
• Highly organized self‑starter capable of running a complex global marketing machine.
