Head of Marketplace Supply

About the role

Lead the integrated financial engine that powers Addi’s banking and marketplace operations, providing a forward‑looking view of capital, liquidity and earnings to support high‑stakes decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale Addi’s growth engine, increasing active sellers by 150%+ and doubling the published base while diversifying category mix.
• Improve pricing and quality on high‑impact listings to outperform competitors and reduce merchant‑driven order issues by 30% across 80K+ monthly orders.
• Transform supply into a commercial asset by managing the commercial calendar, monetising programmes such as Fulfilled by Addi, and delivering self‑service tooling.
• Close the selection gap upstream of demand by enhancing brand coverage and category productivity, shifting the constraint from demand to shelf availability.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience, with 3‑5 years in senior leadership of supply side for a major e‑commerce, B2B marketplace or high‑growth fintech.
• Proven track record scaling a high‑quality merchant base (1,600+ sellers) while improving trust metrics such as repurchase rate.
• Demonstrated ability to design and own P&L for supply‑side performance, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
• Strong data‑driven leadership, establishing measurement systems and holding teams accountable for quality metrics.

Required skills

• Experience running marketplace selection functions with causal models (breadth, price, stock, fit, quality).
• Ability to build decision‑grade governance cadences (daily input pulse, weekly review, monthly decision).
• Expertise in data‑driven category prioritisation, brand‑tiering and merchant scoring/policy enforcement.
• Strategic partnership with product and engineering to translate operational needs into tooling roadmaps.
