Head of Operations – Payroll Loans, BNPL, Installments & B2B Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Operations to build and scale the operations function for a new fintech venture focused on payroll loans, Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later, installment products and B2B financial solutions. The role will design processes, lead cross‑functional teams and drive growth from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement the Operations function for the fintech project.
• Design, build and optimise scalable operational processes with a focus on efficiency and growth.
• Develop operational strategies for customer service, collections, portfolio management and customer experience.
• Define KPIs and establish performance‑management frameworks.
• Recruit, lead and develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure successful execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the rollout and scaling of payroll loans, BNPL, installment products and B2B financial solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations in fintech, financial services, lending or digital businesses.
• Track record of building and scaling operations in early‑stage environments.
• Deep knowledge of credit products such as payroll loans, BNPL, installments and B2B lending models.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary, performance‑driven teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate strategy into execution.
