Head of Partnerships (LATAM)

About the role

A leading financial services company is looking for a Head of Partnerships for its LATAM markets, specifically Colombia. The role leads partnership and business development activities and works closely with the wider organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regular meetings with partnership or business development teams to assess performance, address challenges and plan strategic initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales and other departments to align partnership strategy with organizational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements for partnerships and collaborations.
• Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and good English (at least B2).
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior business development, partnerships or management role (e.g. Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Regional or Country Manager).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
