Head of Revenue - Moving & Logistics

About the role

A hands-on, player-coach Head of Revenue is sought to lead revenue generation across integrated business units in moving and logistics. The role sets a clear operating rhythm, coaches the team close to day-to-day work and turns sales performance data into disciplined, high-converting and ethical results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales pipeline from lead response to quoting, follow-up and booking, build dependable forecasts and track conversion metrics
• Coach and develop sales representatives and team leaders through 1-on-1s, call reviews, live coaching, role-plays and structured onboarding
• Maintain strict CRM pipeline hygiene, track daily activity and build actionable dashboards (using AI-assisted tools where applicable)
• Run inbound and outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, grow commercial/B2B accounts and drive cross-selling across service lines
• Work with Operations, Customer Experience and Marketing so that sales promises match operational delivery

Required profile

• 5 years in BPO, contact center or comparable phone-based sales operations, including IVR environments
• Proven track record of coaching and managing sales reps to consistent performance
• Hands-on experience in inbound/outbound sales, prospecting, cold calling and full-cycle pipeline management
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM proficiency
• Preferred: background in moving, logistics or property services and familiarity with industry software such as SmartMoving

What we offer

• Salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,800 depending on experience, plus commissions
