Healthcare Advocate – Regenerative Medicine (Inbound Leads)

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Advocate to guide prospective patients interested in regenerative medicine and stem‑cell therapies. You will work with warm inbound leads, helping them understand treatment options and schedule their first clinical appointment.
Key responsibilities
- Explain complex stem‑cell and regenerative therapies to national and international prospects via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Provide patient navigation support, addressing medical questions and assisting decision‑making.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed clinical appointments while maintaining a high level of empathy.
- Track each patient’s journey in our CRM and meet conversion and care KPIs.
Required profile
- Degree or technical background in Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare or related field (mandatory).
- Fluent English (C1 minimum) for international communication.
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare advocacy, patient coordination, clinical advisory, premium wellness or medical tourism.
- Strong clinical empathy combined with a results‑driven mindset.
