Healthcare Recruiter (Full-cycle)

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for medical positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for healthcare roles across multiple locations.
• Validate job requirements with hiring managers and create detailed requisition briefs.
• Source candidates via ATS, internal databases, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and other channels.
• Review resumes, shortlist qualified applicants, and present them to hiring managers promptly.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, project documentation, and support team initiatives as needed.
• Perform any additional duties related to talent acquisition.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and capable of collaborating across departments.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana or Monday.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Hubstaff, WhatsApp and Zoom for communication and task tracking.
