Helpdesk Network Administrator (Remote)

About the role

eskatech is seeking a full‑time Helpdesk Network Administrator to provide expert IT support to clients across Colombia and Mexico. You will enhance technical experiences, ensure seamless operations, and act as a key point of contact for remote troubleshooting and network management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and remote‑session support to clients.
• Manage help‑desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field technicians on‑site to execute missions.
• Perform remote installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, software, and hardware issues.
• Set up routers, switches, and wireless equipment.
• Document, track, and escalate issues using ticketing systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT support or field‑service experience (MSP experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Cisco Meraki.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English (conversational level acceptable).
