High School Mathematics Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated High School Mathematics Teacher to join our international faculty in Bucaramanga. The successful candidate will deliver engaging algebra and core mathematics instruction, fostering a supportive learning environment for diverse students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum, emphasizing algebra and other high‑school math topics.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate performance records.
• Implement differentiated instruction and offer extra help to meet varied learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards and share best practices.
• Participate in faculty meetings, school initiatives, and communicate regularly with families about student learning.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in high‑school mathematics, particularly algebra.
• Experience teaching middle or high‑school students and understanding adolescent development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural setting; fluency in English required, Spanish a plus.
• Commitment to student‑centered, inclusive, and culturally responsive teaching.
