About the role

A U.S.-based home care agency is hiring a remote Home Care Virtual Assistant based in Latin America (Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Guatemala, Honduras). The role supports client intake, caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination and day-to-day home care operations.

Key responsibilities

Conduct client intake and follow-up calls
Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage
Manage call-outs and open shifts
Support onboarding and administrative processes
Maintain accurate CRM and scheduling records
Communicate with clients, families and caregivers

Required profile

2+ years of experience with a U.S.-based home care agency
Experience in scheduling, staffing, client intake, admissions or care coordination
Advanced English (C1+)
Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours, 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Required skills

CRM and scheduling platforms
Preferred: WellSky (ClearCare), RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, Private Pay Home Care experience
