HR Business Partner – Business & Special Projects

About the role

You will act as the strategic HR partner for key business units, aligning people initiatives with overall company objectives while also leading cross‑functional special projects that drive organization‑wide change.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units and participate in leadership meetings.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational design, change management, and team development.
• Translate business needs into concrete HR solutions, including performance review cycles, goal setting, calibrations and improvement plans.
• Develop and deliver people‑analytics metrics and insights to support executive decision‑making.
• Analyze engagement survey results and co‑create action plans with leaders.
• Lead high‑impact HR initiatives across functions, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Proven track record in performance management, organizational development and change management.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with people data and HR metrics.
• Excellent influencing, communication and stakeholder‑management skills at the executive level.
