HR Data Analytics Analyst

About the role

Level60 Consulting is seeking an HR Data Analytics Analyst to turn HR data into actionable insights. The role will support the company’s HR strategy by building dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics that drive decision‑making across talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits teams to understand analytical needs and deliver customized reports.
• Stay current with HR analytics trends, tools, and technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to HR staff on data visualization and analysis techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout all HR analytics processes.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau, statistical analysis, PrismHR, Monday.com, and Microsoft Power BI.
• At least 1 year of experience creating Workday reports.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
